This option includes: - Delivery to your stand on the day before your event opens. - Installation and activation of your line. - Technical support throughout your event.
This service requires a stand plan in order to be installed
VoIP lines are based on a fixed rate (€159 euros excluding VAT) for telephone calls. If the cost of your calls exceeds this amount, you will be invoiced for the extra amount at the end of your event.
- The VoIP line includes the hire of an Alcatel Lucent 8100 handset.
- It has a hands-free option and a multi-lingual menu.
- The display shows the incoming number, the time, your telephone number and the status of the line (forwarded, do not disturb, etc.).
- In addition to a ringtone, incoming calls are indicated by a red light, making them visible even if the ringtone is switched off.
- The phone has a USB port for charging your smartphone. It also features a mini router allowing you to connect a computer to the back of the phone (this option requires the hire of an Internet connection).
- The VoIP phone is not tied to the VoIP line, so it keeps its same number even if it is moved to another line.
