1- What is a cookie?
In accordance with the decision of the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (French Data Protection Authority) no. 2013-378 of 5 December 2013, the notion of cookie covers all proprietary, non-executable text files, plotters, web beacons, and other technology such as transparent GIFs, clear GIFs, or web bugs (hereinafter “Cookies”) of the VIPARIS Group companies (hereinafter “Us”, “We”, or “VIPARIS Group Companies”, as referred to in the legal notices of VIPARIS websites and or the GTU), or by Third Parties (advertiser, partner, third-party companies, advertising companies, etc., hereinafter “Third Parties”), subject to your consent, at the time of consulting our sites, mobile applications, content, or when displaying advertising (hereinafter our "Services").

2 - Why are there cookies on our Services?
